Mattresses must not only meet high standards for durability, easy care and cleaning and fire safety, they must first and foremost give you guests a good night’s sleep.

Guests who sleep poorly or wake up stiff and achy will not be satisfied with their stay. Do not let poor mattresses drag down the overall experience of the hotel; put the matter high on the board agenda.
